You may access your orders on your seller dashboard under Settings > Orders, and can download a CSV file of all the details of your orders. You will also receive email notifications to the email address used to register your TalkShopLive account for each order placed.
Step 1
- Log in to your TalkShopLive Account and in the Main Menu click My Channel

- In the Main Menu click Settings

- In Channel Settings click Orders
Step 4
- In Orders click the order number you wish to fulfill.
Step 5
- Click Tracking Info Required
Step 6
- Select your Carrier and enter the tracking number for the item.
Step 7
- The order is now filled

If you integrated your Shopify store with your TalkShopLive channel before April 10, 2025, follow these instructions to continue syncing and selling Shopify products on talkshop.live.
