TalkShopLive's product sync integration with Shopify empowers creators and brands to seamlessly blend the dynamic experience of live selling with the product inventory of their Shopify store. This powerful combination allows users to showcase products in real-time, engage directly with their audience, and facilitate instant purchases.
Shopify Integration for New Users
Follow these steps to set up your TalkShopLive channel, sync your Shopify products and start selling live!
Step 1
- Navigate to talkshop.live and click Sign In

- Click Sign Up
Step 3
- Sign up using your email address.
Step 4
- Click My Channel in the main navigation.
Step 5
- Choose a Channel Name and enter your Channel Description
- Click Create Channel

- Upload your Channel Avatar and click Save & Continue
Step 7
- From the dropdown select the country you’ll be selling from and complete the onboarding steps.

- Click Enable product syncing from your Shopify store
Step 9
- Click Install

- Sign in to your Shopify Account

- Enter your TalkShopLive login credentials

- In Sales Channels click TalkShopLive
Step 13
- *Optional* - If you have multiple Inventory Locations, select a location to be your Default Inventory Location

- Select the products you’d like to sync to your TalkShopLive channel and click Synchronize

- Click the Go Live button

- To view your synced products click My Products

- Products that need shipping info added will be labelled “Needs Work”
- Click the product

- Scroll to the bottom of the product page and click Add Shipping Method

- Add a flat shipping rate for your product and click Save

- Your product is now ready to sell live!
Fulfill Shopify Orders Directly on TalkShopLive
You may access your orders on your seller dashboard under Settings > Orders. You may download a CSV file of all the details of your orders. You will also receive email notifications to the email address used to register your TalkShopLive account for each order placed.
Step 1
- Log in to your TalkShopLive Account and in the Main Menu click My Channel

- In the Main Menu click Settings

- In Channel Settings click Orders

- In Orders click the order number you wish to fulfill.
Step 5
- Click Tracking Info Required
Step 6
- Select your Carrier and enter the tracking number for the item.
Step 7
- The order is now filled
Shopify Integration for Legacy Users
If you integrated your Shopify store with your TalkShopLive channel before April 10, 2025, follow these instructions to continue syncing and selling Shopify products on talkshop.live.
