2. Express Checkout with Apple Pay
For the fastest experience on compatible devices, eligible products can be purchased directly from the Show View or PDP pages using Apple Pay in the cart. This bypasses the traditional checkout steps for immediate purchase.
3. The Unified TSL Marketplace
TalkShopLive is a multi-vendor marketplace featuring products from:
- TalkShopLive (TSL)
- Walmart
- Shopify
One Checkout, Multiple Fulfillment: No matter who is fulfilling the order (e.g., a Walmart item and a TSL item in the same cart), you will process the entire transaction through the unified TSL checkout.
4. Age Verification for Restricted Items
If your cart contains an alcohol product:
- You will be prompted to enter your date of birth for age verification.
- Note: If the user is under 21, the alcohol product will be automatically removed from the cart to comply with legal regulations.
5. Security & Payment Processing
Our checkout is powered by Stripe, a global leader in payment processing. Your financial information is guaranteed safe and secure through the following credentials:
- PCI Level 1 Certification: The highest grade of payment security available.
- AES-256 Encryption: All credit card numbers are encrypted at rest.
- Secure Infrastructure: Stripe maintains rigorous security standards to prevent unauthorized access.
6. Checkout Sign-In Options
Once you select Check Out, you have several options for proceeding:
- Returning Shoppers: Sign in to your existing account to use saved information.
- New Users: Sign up using Google, Facebook, or Apple OAuth, or simply use your email address. Creating an account allows you to easily view order history and tracking details.
- Guest Checkout: You may proceed as a guest using your email address without creating a permanent account.
- Apple Pay: If eligible, you can also finalize your purchase using Apple Pay.
7. Shipping and Address Verification
After selecting your account type, you will provide your shipping details:
- Smart Autofill: Street addresses are autofilled and verified by Google for your convenience and to ensure delivery accuracy.
- Address Restrictions: If an item is unavailable for delivery to your specific address, the system will notify you. You must remove the undeliverable item from your cart to proceed with the rest of your order.
8. Selecting a Payment Method
TalkShopLive accepts a wide range of payment options to suit your needs:
- Major Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- International Providers: Diners Club, JCB, and Union Pay.
9. Review and Place Order
The final step is the Place Order screen. Here, you can:
- Review your full order details and totals.
- Update your contact, shipping, or payment information.
- Confirm the purchase and place your order.
10. Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed:
- You will be directed to an Order Confirmation screen featuring your unique confirmation number and order summary.
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately.
- A Shipping Confirmation email will follow as soon as your items are dispatched.

TalkShopLive is compatible with the latest in AI technology to help you find and buy products faster.
- AI App Support: Our checkout is fully supported within the in-app browsers of popular AI applications like Gemini and ChatGPT.
- Seamless Transactions: Whether you discover a product through an AI conversation or a direct link, you can complete your purchase using Credit Card or Apple Pay without leaving the AI app environment.
