When you go live on your TalkShopLive channel, you will automatically be live simultaneously on your Facebook Business Page within 30 seconds. A portion of your Facebook followers will be notified you are live and can watch and shop directly from Facebook. Comments from your Facebook Live will also be shown in your standard TalkShopLive seller chat. You can find the Comments Only link under the Share option on your show. Click Share > Link > Comments Only.
Note: Viewers on TalkShopLive and your Facebook Live will not be able to communicate with each other via the chat. It will be two separate chats.
When you go live throughout your show the host page will post a comment on the Facebook Live show, telling viewers to ‘write BUY to purchase these products’. Once a viewer comments BUY, they will automatically be sent a Facebook message with products to make a purchase.
When your show ends, viewers can comment ‘BUY’ for up to 7 days. After a final comment will be made on the show that says “Thanks for watching our shoppable live stream! You can purchase items by following the link below. The window to comment "buy" has now ended.” along with a link to your on TalkShopLive.
