⚠️ Starting February 1, 2025, to continue to use the TalkShopLive Shopify app you will need to update your app.
To continue syncing Shopify products with TalkShopLive, users will need to install our new Shopify app. This guide will cover how to uninstall your current TalkShopLive Shopify app and install the updated version to ensure uninterrupted product syncing.
Steps to update your TalkShopLive Shopify App
Step 1
- Log in to your Shopify Store and click Settings
Step 2
- Click Apps and sales channels
- Click the menu in the TalkShopLive row and click Uninstall from the dropdown
Step 3
- Ensure you've fulfilled all orders from TalkShopLive, and processed any returns or refunds
- Click the Checkbox beside “| understand the risks of uninstalling this sales channel.”
- Click the Uninstall button
Step 4
- You should see a success message displayed confirming the TalkShopLive App has been uninstalled
Step 5
- On a web browser, navigate to https://apps.shopify.com/talkshoplive
- Click the Install button
Step 6
- Click the Install button
Step 7
- Enter the login credentials for your TalkShopLive Channel
- Click Connect
Step 8
- Select your preferred plan
Success! 🥳
Your TalkShopLive Shopify App is now updated to the latest version, and product syncing will resume as usual.
